Free Returns

We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Use our return label to postmark your return within 30 days from the purchase date, and we'll cover the shipping cost.

For returns after 30 days from the purchase date, or additional returns after the first return of the same order, a $7.99 fee will be deducted per package, or you can process your return by using your local post office at your own cost.

  • Sign into your ONTA account.
  • Find the order in My Orders, click the "Return Item" button.
  • Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
  • Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
  • Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

Note: RL only supports orders for shipping to the United States.


  1. Items must be returned unworn,broken,undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
  2.  Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

Note: 1. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.

  1. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-ONTA products.


Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your ONTA wallet or the original payment account per your request.

Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
